Can’t recommend techzone enough. Very helpful and friendly. Went in today with my daughter to look for a new phone to replace her iPhone 11 which became faulty after only a couple of weeks. While she couldn’t find a phone she liked, I happened to mention the issues with the side buttons and WiFi being spotty. So, it got opened up and instantly saw that there were two missing shieldings as well as all the appropriate screws, and the only thing holding them in was two pieces of paper tape. The plug in connections had popped out making volume buttons and silence switch not work. Despite being short of time it was fixed there and then with all needed parts fitted and the screen resealed properly. My daughter is very happy again now her phone fully works again. Thank you so much for fixing it for her.

On a side note. whatever you do avoid phone village in Hanley. That is where I had bought the iPhone 11 from and this is the very poor condition it was sold to us in.

Not very happy at all I wanted a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra today the owner wasn’t in Hanley whatsoever he said that he’s back in Hanley at 5 pm so I waited up Hanley since 11am after all that he never turned up so I waited up Hanley for nothing and he still wants full price off the phone I’m going in again tomorrow but after when I brought the phone off him I am never going to his shop again this is a message to anyone that buys phones from this guy don’t trust him he rips you off and waste your time

Conatcted to see if they would be interested in buying an item. Told me a price over the phone which i was happy with, and said they were there all day. Went all the way up to find no one there. Waited about and no one came so ended up going elsewhere or would have been a wasted journey.
