If I could give minus stars I would! Avoid this place! My partner took his s22 ultra to have the screen replaced. The sales person gave a price of PS360 which my partner declined, he then said he would phone his boss and see if they can do a small discount. He spoke foreign to his boss on the phone then told us that the boss said they could replace with a generic screen for a lot less but it’s likely to cause problems and they didn’t have any in stock for this phone. He told us that the boss said they could discount it to PS260 for the Samsung original screen which was agreed on. My partner double checked it was the original screen for that price and the sales person confirmed it and showed us the screen. We went back after an hour or so and collected and paid, once we got home we noticed the screen didn’t fit correctly and wasn’t the original Samsung screen but a cheap screen. When he returned to the shop the sales person blamed the tech and the tech blamed the sales person for the ‘mistake’ considering the phone and screen were placed together when we left and they had no generic screens in stock, this ‘mistake’ was hard to believe. They then agreed to replace the screen with the samsung original which we’d paid for. on returning to collect again they tried to say it hadn’t had a case or a S pen when he dropped it off ( considering he’d bought the case from them just hours previously) they did finally ‘find’ them and return them.
Intentionally scammed? You decide.

My partner had his iPhone 13 pro max back fixed..temporary back all stick with tape on the back apparently didn’t have glass back but explained this once the phone was in pieces!- Not the service you want or need! since they have replaced the back the phone flashlight doesn’t work, camera front and back now doesn’t work and the charger port doesn’t always work is very temperamental.. been into the shop and offered to send the phone away.. leaving him without a phone ( you can’t do this in this day and age)- would only send it off if another PS60-80 was paid.. even tho they claim to have 1 year warranty with any phone they fix..wouldn’t give any sort of refund even tho the phone was in full working order until the put there hands on it was just a smashed back.
The reviews are horrendous wish I read them before entering this shop and them creating a massive headache!!
They scam you. Been in shop twice to complain and Rude customer service and told us that he would see us in court as we explained we are taking it to the next step as he wouldn’t help us with the issues we were facing! Could of just refunded us and would of been no issue but he’s now made more of an issue. Disgusting from a shop…

For anyone who want to buy the phone, I Highly recommend to visit this shop, as this guys are well experienced and they are also giving discounts. Must visit the shop for buying new phones or second hand phones. In future I will come here for sure. Thanks for good service.
