Having been a busy business owner myself, I know good customer service when I see it! This wonderful little shop was recommended to me by a friend and it was 5 minutes from home! I was in panic mode as I, like many of you, depend on my phones.
You were attentive, kind, efficient in every way! I am hard to please but TecSurgery went far and beyond to accommodate my needs, my many questions and did a fast job in getting my phone repaired ASAP.
I have spent a lot of money going to the
” big” players out there but I was not ever happy with the service and to be honest totally overpriced too!
If you really want a place to get your phones, laptops etc fixed fast and at a fantastic price this is the place to go!

The wonderful people at Tec Surgery fixed my phone amazingly! I got the repair done in June, and wanted to wait to leave a review to make sure the repair lasted. I shattered the screen of my iPhone SE, i hadn’t got it repaired as the quotes everywhere ranged between PS100-PS150 at least! My phone was repaired so quickly, a new tempered glass screen protector put on and a new case to prevent future damage for a fraction of the price! My phone works perfectly, at such a reasonable price and with such a quick turnaround. I truly cannot recommend enough!!
I had an issue with camera kit — the bolts in my tripod plate were stuck to my camera’s outer cage. No amount of elbow grease could fix it. I brought it into TechSurgery and they got it off in about 5 minutes, and they didn’t even charge me — just was a friendly favor as it was clearly an easy job for them. I massively appreciate this and will be coming back if I have any other issues!
