I want to give a huge thanks to the amazing team at TechWorks for helping me when I was locked out of my phone. Unfortunately, the only solution was a factory reset, which meant losing all my data. Despite that, their kindness and patience really stood out. They took the time to teach me how to back everything up in the future and how to set up my phone again, which meant the world to me.

I’m terrible with technology, and when my phone shut down due to a software glitch on my birthday, I was devastated and had been crying for hours. The team at TechWorks were so patient with me, easing my worries, and helping me check if any of my data had accidentally been backed up. Even though I hadn’t set it up before, they still went through everything with me and explained it step by step.

Not only were they knowledgeable and kind, but they also managed to help me relax and even share a little laugh, despite the fact that I’d lost nearly everything. I was just a walk-in, but they helped me immediately, and I’m so grateful for their support. I’ve been to TechWorks before to get a phone screen fixed, and I’m so glad they’re around. Their patience, knowledge, and ability to bring some light to a terrible day made all the difference. Thank you so much for everything!

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service here. I had my mobile phone repaired in January because the screen was cracked. Initially, I paid an $88 deposit, and later they informed me I would need to pay around $422 when they ordered the parts. So, a month later, they called me to pay the $422, which I did, and then waited. However, after three months passed without any contact, I called them to complain, and they rudely hung up on me. After persistently calling, I finally found out why my phone wasn’t repaired. Despite not even receiving the parts, they charged me, and for the past three months, they haven’t explained anything. Finally, they said I could either wait until July for the parts or request a refund, so I asked for a refund. However, it’s been three weeks now, and I still haven’t received it. When I called today to inquire about the refund, they simply gave me the head office phone number and abruptly hung up, telling me to contact them directly. When I asked for the reason again, they suddenly hung up. This is the first time I’ve experienced such absurd and rude service from Tecworks.
I hope to receive the refund as soon as possible, and if they refuse, I will report them to the Consumer Protection Center.

This guys are totally fricken awesome. I bought in my ZFold 4 for repairs under warranty due to the hinge not unfolding all the way out. I was legit in and out. Gave them proof of purchase explained what happened then out the door. Chick out on the front desk was chilled and awesome I’m all most disappointed that there was not any hassle LOL. Few days days later my phone was ready, went to pick it up and I kid you not they pretty much gave me a new phone. It was my phone but new everything. These guys ar awesome thank you guys at Tecworks absolutes legends
