I have been having an issue with my computer for months due to crashing and audio issues using Discord. I had tried every software solution that Google had to offer to no avail.

I decided to contact TeessideTek which had MANY positive reviews and experiences. From the first phone call he was helpful, passionate and i could tell that he wanted to get to the bottom of my issue.

I dropped off my computer and with how it was it took him time to get my computer back to tip top shape and a few days later he found the issue which was a faulty RAM stick, upgraded my computer to Windows 11, at my request, and at an extremely reasonable price. He updated me as much as possible which gave me confidence that progress was being made.

The customer service has been spot on and 2-3 weeks later my computer still performing amazing as it should be.

Excellent business for repairing systems; had an issue with my PC, the guy came and picked up my PC, worked throughout the night attempting a fix, and brought my PC back to me in extremely quick time.

Massively would recommend this business if anybody is in need of a repair or an upgrade, he offers collection and drop-off, gave regular updates and often worked late through the night – he had to rebuild my PC into a new case too.
