Visited tekmate as I was encountering issues with my hard drive and needed a replacement. After getting some advice I decided to tackle the job myself and encountered some issues which I thought were beyond my skill set. I went back to Tekmate to ask that they finish what I started and the guy was really helpful and happily talked me through a solution which helped me finish the job myself.

Computer now all fixed and although not completed by Tekmate I was really impressed by this company as it would have been easy for them to simply take my cash and finish something that was pretty straight forward and was able to do myself. For anything in future I would not hesitate to use them and trust that whatever work was recommended was necessary and that I was being charged for work that didn’t need to be completed.
