Not all workers really know what they do. I signed a new contract for home internet and cancelled the old one because i moved
to another apprtment. The worker “forgot” to cancel the old one and i had to pay for the whole month 54 euro. Telecom did not return money for NOT my mistake. Awful and unacceptable. I would not recommend this office at all.
