Wir wurden von Valentino sehr gut beraten, telefonische Erreichbarkeit im Laden war super. Es hat alles wie vereinbart funktioniert, sehr freundlich auch sehr Kinderfreundlich und auch in stressigen Situationen sehr zuvorkommend. Was there a few weeks ago to renegotiate a contract that was ending. The prices offered (both with and without a new phone) were up to 50% higher than the other Telekom store I went to afterwards. It seems that the prices suggested are arbitrarily high to ensure a commission. STAY AWAY!
