Nice place, nice stuff but Telekom experience with call center, call center and customer service is totally disconnected! I received 3 different offers…seems to be 3 different company. Price in the shops are defenetly higher.
Besides the occasional short queue, you will receive a quality care from the employees of this shop. For non-English speakers, the employees speak great English.
