I have been to this establishment many times, I like it very much, let’s say this establishment is very friendly and it’s very interesting to tell everyone who works there about something that they themselves don’t know, but in general it’s quite interesting. other atmosphere 55 staff 45 and let’s say I got everything I wanted with great pleasure 55 all the people are charming all the people are friendly Thank you very much. For a problem that could not resolve with chat ( can’t speak german) went to this store at 7.20. They close at 8pm. Out of 4 employees, one was playing with her phone and one playing around. 3 customers in there. They refused to even talk about my problem because there was not enough time! I signed up with Telekom willing to pay more for a better service. And this is what I got.
I went to this Telekom location on a weekday to get a contract. My wait time was approximately 30 minutes. The employee who helped me was Selvin. He was very helpful, friendly, and spoke English well. The contract was processed quickly and I left the store satisfied.
