I do not recommend foreigners to go to this Telekom store. I wanted to do a mobile phone contract for 20GB/month and had previously searched the offer on Telekom’s website to show it on my phone and facilitate conversation since I do not speak German. Then, for the same price, the salesperson did a contract for 10GB. I noticed that on the contract before signing and said it was wrong, that I asked for 20GB. The salesperson then said it was all OK, the 10GB would come every month because it was a promotional offer. Total scam. Now I am paying a high price on my contract for just 10GB and I am stuck in it for TWO YEARS.

Don’t go to this store and, if possible, avoid Telekom at all costs. All their prices are way higher and their services are not better than other companies in Berlin. You will for sure get better deals elsewhere.

Ich war am Samstag 31. August am Nachmittag vor Ort. Der Laden war leer, und der Mitarbeiter begrusst mich im Sitzen und abgelenkt durch das Spielen an seinem Bildschirm. Das ganze Gesprach hat so stattgefunden. Der ursprunglich verfugbare Artikel ist einen Tag zuvor herausgegeben worden. Letztendlich hat er mich das Problem mit der Hotline an meinem Handy selber klaren lassen und hat kein Handschlag getan. Mag sein dass sie durch das Fest auf dem Gelande den Tag uber viel zu tun hatten. Ich habe mich jedoch nicht wohl gefuhlt.

One of the best departments in the Telekom Shop. Sven is very friendly and knows what he is doing. He quickly got my explanation. Speaks English as well. Recommend.
