Sandro is the ultimate professional.

We lived in Germany for a bit and when moving away something with our contract ending got messed up and they kept charging us monthly.

Sandro had already moved to a different Telekom store, but still went out of his way to assist us even though we’d already left the country.

He could’ve easily ignored our email as the problem had nothing to do with his current store, but he took the time and over a few days contacted other departments within the national Telekom and got our situation sorted.

Telekom needs to understand what a valuable employee they have in Sandro.

We are very grateful for services given by Telekom.de to Ukrainian residents, who are forced to leave their homes and look for a safe place in Germany during Russian war.
We were given free SIM-cards with limitless Internet connection and limitless calls all over Ukraine and Germany.
