I wish there was a negative star to give. These people were more than pathetic… I was clear to them that I only had a short time in Germany at that time and needed the phone as quick as possible… They kept giving excuses and excuses and a day to my travel, I went there and demanded my phone and money… They instead called the police on me… The police listened and unfortunately said I had to let them complete the repairs because they had not specified on the receipt when the pick up date should be. I left my phone there and traveled. I had to get it much, much later… Took more than 3 months… Please don’t use the services of these unprofessional people!!!

Having had bad experiences with phone repair shops before I initially had my doubts, but after getting acustomed witht he staff the repair of my Huawai P30 Pro Display (which includes the fingerprint sensor as well) worked out perfectly fine.

Fingerprint sensor didn’t work when i got the phone back and crashed all the time (stopping to work completely). I went back several times and they took the time to check it out each time. Overall very happy with the service. Phone works perfectly fine now. Would recommend the shop and also go their again myself.
