I paid for a speak/amp to be repaired, they told me it was the main board inside and they cannot fix it. Good to know, I’ll go about fixing it somewhere else or replace the main board. But the side the was on the ground has some very visible scratching on the side now. Very sad because they were in amazing/like new condition. You can tell it from being placed on a rack and they use green scotch tape on the top and side to see the id of the item. It’s to bad because it could be fixed by just some thought… like place some cloth on your rack. Maybe take photos before you use this company. Dont be like me .

Had a subwoofer that was no longer functioning; dropped it off and took the time to explain why they often fail. They beat their estimated repair time and had all the parts they replaced ready for inspection when I got there.

This is on top of friendly and courteous service.

Took my amp here. I knew it had to be a tube issue, they didn’t even look at it and basically told me I was wasting my time and money. They quoted me at least $200 and it wouldn’t be fixed for sure after. Took it to another provider and got it fixed for less than they quoted me here, turned out it was a simple pre amp tube replacement. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
