We purchased several MacBooks totaling PS4150 from this company, expecting them to be of A and B grade quality as advertised. Unfortunately, the items we received were in very poor condition, including issues such as cracked screen bezels and multiple missing screws. We promptly returned the items, but after more than three weeks, we have yet to receive a refund. Our attempts to communicate with the company have been met with minimal response and repeated delays in processing our refund.

Due to the lack of satisfactory customer service characterised by unattended phone lines and the extremely poor quality of the products received we have sought legal advice and are currently consulting with our solicitor on how to address this situation. Based on our experience, we strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative options and exercise caution when dealing with this company.

I sold a large number of servers to Tetronik for around 9K. It took me 10 months to recover all of the money. I also at the time sold them a network switch which they sold and claimed to me that they hadn’t. When I asked for the switch to be returned they sent me a different switch. I spoke to Adam Major and said I had pictures and a serial number for the original switch I asked them to sell for me. Adam then admitted they had sold the original switch for 5K and tried to blame someone else in the company. The time and effort I wasted on this company was ridiculous.
Do not go near them, Adam Major has no morals or honesty.

Suberb company to deal with, I purchased a laptop on ebay, after a couple of months the battery started to play up. I contacted Tetronik, they replied very quickly and the problem was resolved within a couple of days.

Well done Tetronik, I only wish other companies would follow their example and I wish them every success in the future, I will definatly be using them for all of my IT purchases.
