My MacBook Air never turned on again after the battery was replaced by them. It turned on no problem right before the replacement (in front of the staff) and worked more than fine despite it being an old model.
Then the reaction of the staff wasn’t graceful at all. He couldn’t explain clearly why it happened while he said it happens all the time, moreover, my Mac won’t cost more than 50 euro on eBay etc. And he never admitted the fallout was triggered by the replacement, but insisted the keyboard had a problem, which he didn’t tell me before the replacement.
I might be an unlucky one, but if that’s the attitude of a repair shop towards customer’s belongings… I don’t call them professional.
At least they performed checkups for free, but it never came to life again. I don’t recommend you to bring your precious Mac to them.

Ive had my old MacBook Pro fixed here several times the past two months (unlucky accidents, hence the several times). They did great work giving my 2012 MacBook an little bit more time before it officially needs to be replaced! Great service and my laptop works perfectly again! Also very friendly and reasonable prices!

Amazing service, they could have charged me for a battery change and they said you dont need the battery changed, keep your money. I think this is very important because I will be coming back here in the future knowing they’re not going to say you need this service when I actually don’t need.
