I’ve just had the best customer service experience by the Team at The Computer Clinic. I called end-of-day Monday for help and first thing Tuesday morning Ryan was at my home to provide his expertise.

Within 24 hours, I had a new desktop computer at home that he installed. Ryan walked me through everything and was very patient making sure I was comfortable with the look and feel of the desktop, settings, log-ins, you name it. The same today when he dropped off my updated laptop – he matched the settings and desktop appearance on the laptop to my desktop. He made sure both computers were secure with passwords, programs were all the same, and my older printer was working… that was not a simple task to connect but again, he was a great troubleshooter and now I am back in business and feeling like technology is again my friend.

I am so impressed with the Team at The Computer Clinic and want to thank Ryan and Natasha for their expertise, support, patience and understanding. What a great Christmas gift to have such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Ryan and Natasha.

I Paid $50.00 for an estimate for repair and received a text message indicating the repair would be 450.00 or 500.00 for new hard drive and nothing more added. I called after the weekend to inform Natasha it was too expensive for me at this time. The manager said over the phone “there are cheaper fixes” which was not inicated ion the text message. Felt like a scam on a boomer to me. I asked Natasha to contact Adam Gallagher, the owner to contact me. Still waiting.

The owner contacted me back to explain his lame processes that bogus information via text is their MO for an ESTIMATE.
And then a big Switcheroo at the counter.

If we could put less than 1 star and write a review, we would. Complete incompetence!! Took our computer in to resolve an Outlook issue. They would spend a few minutes on the issue here and there, claim frustration and then say they had to leave on another call and would get back to it when they could. We finally gave up on them after a week and came to reclaim our computer. After sitting with the computer for a week and not fixing the issue they handed over a bill of $240. Took it to a competitor and has the issue resolved within an hour! Would NOT recommend this company.
