I like this organisation….which I’d guess was started by Eithan……however, the poor reviews I’ve seen….have some substance……because one of the most important business principals is apparently,not being ‘looked after’…….’communications……particularly with returning customers is an important part of running any business and is the key to remaining…..in business and growing the business.Please keep the customer informed, particularly after you have given a target date and time to resolve their problem.Customers should not need to be trying to contact you….for progress or results, particularly with the (understandandable) restricted hours you keep.Other than this ‘important’ observation….I highly rate the niceness of all staff and will continue to support Computer Geeks.
I went in to the shop today (20/11/2023) to ask for help to set up a new phone. They offered their help free of charge and also helped me with another device I needed help with. Thank you so much for your help and time. I will definitely call again! Thank you also for being kind to my dog xxxx
Just want to thank the lads so much for fixing my sons vr headset he couldn’t hear the volume on some games they sorted it and even met me whilst the shop was closed to give it back to me my son had been crying as he couldn’t play with his friends but one happy big and customer
