George and Nick have recently fixed two faulty desktop PCs for me.
Upgrades were discussed and implemented at the same time and completed very quickly.
Parts and labour costs were unusually reasonably.
We are so lucky to have The Computer Guys in Tiptree. Parking is usually ok, however the extensive Tesco car park is only a few steps away. Highly recommended!

Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at The Computer Guys was extremely helpful and professional. My PC was upgraded in less than 36 hours from drop-off to collection even when more parts needed to be ordered. Will definitely be going back if I have any computer troubles. Would highly recommend. The fix was pretty good and they fixed my phone in absolutely no time! :] however I feel as if I was mistreated by the service man ( I believe his name was George). He appeared to of given me dirty looks as I entered the store as I was the person who his wife got with. He is cleArly just jealous
