Andrew collected my laptop from my home because I was stuck with an ill child. He diagnosed the fault on my doorstep, took it home and literally 2 hours later he called me to tell me that it was fixed and ready for collecting.

We also priced up this job in a shop in Cardiff near a student area and they said that it would take approximately 3 days before they could even look at it, and then labour costs started at twice the price Andrew charged me. Plus they would charge more for parts then as well.

I had my first visit with Andrew a few weeks ago. I took my laptop to him as I was having a few issues with it. Andrew sorted my situation out instantly. Since this visit I have spoken to him many times about various problems, he responds to my phone calls immediately and fixes my issues straight away. As someone who runs a small business and has no backup when tricky situations occur I now have Andrew who is a Godsend! He is an absolute pleasure to deal with – everyone needs him in their life! Thanks so much for everything you do 🙂

When my computer stopped working I panicked. Called a few places and Andrew was the only one who gave me a call back. Took my PC to him and he examined it in very short amount of time and let me know that the issue wasn’t half of what I was expecting and was much smaller. He then asked if I was happy for him to run some basic maintenance on it, which was very well priced. Didn’t try to do more work than was necessary and I wasn’t overcharged at all. Will definitely be coming back on an annual basis for some maintenance and upkeep.
