My Full Opinion 🙂 -the people at “The Computer Shop” in Muskoka, Bracebridge are my go to for any unknown technical experience that I lack regarding my computer. I’ve always been and will always be very careful about who fix’s my computer so I leave surveillance and little things to basically make sure they are good and that any computer person would know that they’d have to fix and it would be the best outcome of the any place I’ve been. Trust me when u want someone working on a device technically holding important information about you that could make your life around you feel like its crumbling in lol, make sure you know who is fixing that bc I know for fact I’ve seen it and been on that end of it, that people somtimes arnt looking out for your security and understand that it is not just a computer to some. It’s more than that these days, it can be your life. Your job. W.e but I digress.
This is Great place for me and I support this company fully as a industry leading topic it will soon become more needed 100%. I trust them. And I suggest them as a good place to go for anything computers. 🙂

Go somewhere else if you care about your PC.

Chad had my computer twice and both times barely even used it at all before deciding it was “working fine!”. Still charged me 100$ for basically just wiping my computer and reinstalling windows though.

The real kicker is when i picked it up he asked several times if id be willing to sell my Graphics card to him so he could use it in someone else’s computer (even tho mine still isnt working) i even got an email which i assumed was him checking in to see how it was working but nope just him trying to salvage the working parts from my PC to resell to someone else.

The most AMAZING service that I’ve ever experienced!! My teenagers laptop was dying so we walked it in, while it was at the crash screen and they knew exactly what was wrong, what it needed, made recommendations and also discussed what my kids needs were. They are genuinely interested in their customers PLUS it was ready the next day!! We will definitely be going back for all of our technology issues and purchases from now on! Love supporting our local small businesses!! THANKS GUYS!! YOU ROCK!
