I always took my computer to this store. Once I bought a new gaming computer with water cooling. Eventually that water cooler died and in turn burnt the cpu. Ouch. Took it to this store and they fixed it up without any hassle and a lot cheaper than what I thought it would cost. Throughout the years (been going to them since they were located further up Abergele road virtually outside my old house), I’ve seen the team change, but they have always given the best service you could wish for, offering advice on upgrades, etc at an affordable price.

Very professional store with friendly staff. The repair turn around is very quick and everything is well organized from communication to sales. You are handed a receipt to say that you paid, what you paid for and are then given details a to what repairs are done. They definitely have the customer in mind and by far are one of the BEST places for computer repairs.

Took a laptop in years ago, told them the problem (bios was fried). Was told they’d see what they could do. Forward a few days just got told exactly what I told them and charged for the privilege. And now receiving unsolicited emails, so clearly GDPR isn’t in their vocabulary. Yet.
