I recently visited The Computer Studio after my new laptop (which I had bought from Currys) would not switch on.
The laptop had all of my university work saved on the hard drive with no obvious backup.
Peter and Daniel were able to quickly identify the problem and undertook the gruelling task of restoring all of my data.
They were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I fear without their help I would have ended up losing all of my work. The pricing for all of the work they did was more than reasonable, in fact it was considerably less than I thought it was going to be.

These guys are heroes!
I would recommend The Computer Studio to anyone and everyone in the future!

The most helpful people – nothing too much trouble.

I recently bought a printer for home use – brilliant advice and service. When I tried to set it up – my very junior technical prowess wasn’t sufficient to get the printer printing!!!

If I’d bought it on the Internet, I would have had to pay a local technician to come out and sort it at a hefty cost – however, I popped into the shop and they organised a remote virtual fix when I returned home – and all fixed and working.

You simply don’t get that service online – that’s why I am always happy to support a local bricks based business

I’ve tried other similar shops in the past but none of them have even come close for fantastic service. The Computer Studio has repaired a couple of my laptops and replaced parts over the years, and always do a fantastic job. Reliable, quick, efficient, communicative and reasonably priced, I cannot recommend them enough. A refreshingly excellent shop.
