What an absolutely brilliant place, Melvin and the team are very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My computer stopped booting up and they tried a couple of troubleshooting steps before being asked to bring it in which was great. They had an initial look at the PC after bringing it in, advising of what the issue most likely was but a full inspection was needed. I got messages about what the issue was and recommended a few options to progress. This all helped massively. They made sure all my data was kept safe and showed me everything working on picking the computer back up.

Very straightforward process, no hassle and very helpful which goes a long way in the computer repairs world. I will certainly return and will be recommending you to friends and family also.

I was at the end of my tether trying to sync my new printer to my laptop. I called The Control Panel and they were absolutely amazing! Both Melvin and David dedicated a lot of time, effort and patience to fix the problem. I ended up taking the lot to them!! It was fixed in a day and when I got home they set it up for me remotely.
