Sadly my experience doesn’t seem to reflect all the others. I walked in Friday to ask about a laptop repair, was told they could do it and would ring me with quote on Monday once the engineer could have a look.

Monday came along and went, no call back. I rang in on Tuesday as this was fairly urgent and they didn’t seem to have any idea what was going on but said they would look into it and ring me back on the day.

Well, it’s now Thursday and I haven’t heard anything back whatsoever so I have just given up. They had ample chance and they could’ve just said they couldn’t do it and I would’ve been happy with that as it wouldn’t have wasted more of my time.

They may be great with simple walk-in phone repair but this is very disappointing customer support and they won’t be having any of my business in the future if they can’t manage something as simple as a call back.

Problems with internet connection on new iPad after syncing with old iPad. Issue was VPN and tried everything I could to fix it with no success. Took it into Diode this morning and the guy identified problem and fixed it within about 10 mins. Excellent service and tech expertise….. and he waved away any charge . Have had iPhone battery replaced in there previously and again good service.

Called about a damaged phone (pulled the back off when trying to open the phone case, dislodging the SIM etc, was told to come in, guys were friendly & happy to help. They fixed it at no charge (I did buy a new case). Exceptional!
