What a brilliant experience I had today in The Fone Club. Everywhere I went to wanted to charge me between PS5 & PS10 to fit a screen protector which I was rather shocked about after paying PS25 elsewhere for this cover then wanted to charge on top of paying that is unreal. One of my clients advised me to try this shop which I did today and the guys I dealt with were amazing and to my shock they fitted my screen protector at zero cost I am over the moon and it’s fitted absolutely perfectly not one bubble nothing I can’t thank them enough for their kindness to me today and I noticed while I was in what a great selection of phone cases etc they had guys honestly please check this place out u won’t b disappointed.

Place is a joke. Went in one Saturday to get my headphones repaired, said I would be contacted a couple days after. Waited a couple of days and nothing so after spamming their phone for what felt like an hour I finally got through and was told I would need to wait longer. 2 weeks later I just decided to go in store and see what the script was and apparently they still weren’t fixed, they needed a new part but couldn’t tell me how much it would cost for said part and labour so I took them back and was told I had to pay PS20 for “something” even though I was told I wouldn’t have to pay until they were fixed. Avoid like the plague. Just a bunch of cowboys that’ll hold your item hostage and gouge you for cash.

We gave our phone for repair and when they gave it to us was broken they said is our fault we said ok after one day the screen started being black again without me using but just trying to put my info to the phone and again they accused me and asked me if i want to fix it again i have to give the half money from what i paid from the beginning and they will fix it again or only 30 pounds credit when we paid 300.very poor service never again
