I took my screen damaged iphone 7 in for repair, it was left at the shop for 30 minutes and collected. When I tried using the phone it was faulty, I returned the phone and a microphone chip fault was diagnosed. The very helpful shop owner gave me a pop up earphone set so I could use the phone over Christmas and asked me to bring the phone back after the holidays when they would send it away to be fixed under warranty. The phone was sent off and repaired at no extra cost and I wasn’t charged for the earphones or the screen saver that they fitted for me. So highly recommended shop with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

I have used these guys a few times and always find them so helpful and friendly. Today I called in expecting to have to purchase a new iPhone, but was pleasantly surprised to be told I just needed a new battery and a really didn’t need to spend money on a new phone unless I particularly wanted to upgrade. What a pleasant experience to not be pressured into buying something I don’t really need.
I will definitely go back to The Fonez when I do want to purchase a new phone and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Boss man always keeps you updated with the repair, so you can be at ease, knowing that you’re not left like a deer in the headlights on the wherewithal of the repair.
