Useless and dishonest people. I went there to ask if the screen of my laptop could be replaced on the same day. At first the guy told me that he can get it done by the next morning but when I said I’ll take it somewhere else as I want it done ASAP he pretended to call someone and said he can fix it within 3 hours. I left my laptop there thinking that what he said would actually happen and returned 4 hours later only for him to tell me that he couldn’t fix it. When I said to him that he could at least call me and inform me so I could come get my laptop he awkwardly smiled because I guess he knew that he was lying. He didn’t even bother trying to fix it, he just told me he can fix it within a few hours so I leave it there and don’t take it elsewhere. My laptop is not even working now because god knows what this useless man has done.
I guess the positive reviews are from his friends and family.
Answer: there was no contact number?? So the sticker with the phone number in the picture attached is a decoration I decided to put on my laptop? You literally put that white sticker on my laptop and asked me to write my number there so you can contact me. And the number was correct so no excuse as to why you didn’t call me. And as soon as I came back to take my laptop after hours of waiting for you to call me you said you couldn’t fix it. I asked you why you didn’t call me to let me know you can’t fix it so I can come and take it (because I had made it clear to you that I want it fixed on the same day and I told you to let me know if you can’t do that so I can take it elsewhere) to which you didn’t know what to answer. You just wanted to keep my laptop and fix it whenever it would be convenient for you and you lied to me saying you can do it on the same day because you knew if you told me that you can’t do it on the same day I would take it to a different shop.
And you have the audacity to say customers are your priority…
Instead of spending all your time responding to the reviews that people leave spreading lies about how amazing you are and how much you care about your customers maybe you can use all this time to learn how to do your job properly and how to treat people with respect?
Both times I entered the store there was a bunch of people sitting there chatting to each other being so loud as if they were in a coffee shop. They weren’t customers, they were the guy’s friends. Just from that you can judge the level of professionalism in this place.

Rashid was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me first via the phone and made me confident enough to drive 30 min to go to his store.

When I arrived he showed amazing customer service and catered to what I needed to be done.

I’ve been to many repair shops, very few give you the customer experience Rashid will give you.

I would definitely recommend this shop as Mr. Rashid is reasonable. Gave me a nice deal to fix my iPad Pro 10.5″ cracked glass replacement along with a random restart fix as well. He also preserved my iPad’s True Tone as well.
