I was recommended to use Neil & the Geek Guys by my friend ( Caroline Linnell a UW partner)
My laptop had died!! I chatted through what had happened with Neil and it became clear that my old laptop was beyond repair and what I needed was a new one. Neil gave me various different options and actually suggested a HP from Curry’s/ Pc World. We chatted through how and what I use the pc for and what he could do for me with regards to setting the laptop up! I am based in Suffolk and The Geek Guys are in Coventry but he was recommended by my best friend and I trust her judgement and I’ve been really pleased and impressed with how Neil and his team conduct themselves. I had total confidence and trust in him and his team – which is so important. I’ve now got my laptop and I know that if I’ve got any worries or concerns I can just pick up the phone or pop him an email and he or his team will help me out .
