Terrible place, we sent our phone to be repaired, they broke it there, they came and asked us to have it fixed again, literally the next day, they said that we broke it ourselves, they replaced the original screen with some cheap one from China, nothing works, does not respond, terrible workers!Also, my mother-in-law had the phone repaired instead of just taping over the button, which fell off the next day and didn’t work. We came to them. In the end they were unable to fix it and broke the phone completely. We ended up having to buy a new phone.They charged us PS30 for a button that cost PS4 on Amazon because they broke it themselves and wanted to rip us off some more money. These are literally scammers who do not provide any supporting information about what they had and when things are broken they say that they will not return the money and do not want to help in any way, but ask to pay again. I literally want to request a service review for them because the way they behave towards their customers is disgusting.

Disappointing experience. I purchased a charger for my laptop about 5 weeks ago. The charger stopped working so I went in to ask for a replacement and I also showed my bank receipt. I was told I needed to purchase another charger as I could have physically damaged the item even though there were no signs of visible damage. I was told that they normally give 14 days for refunds. So basically, if a charger stops working withing 4 weeks then I need to purchase another one and another one if it keeps malfunctioning. There is no thought that they may have supplied me something of poor quality. I have used several laptop chargers in the past, many of them last for years. This is a poor-quality charger and I am expected to purchase a replacement. Bad service!
