I recently took my guitar to Rich for some potentially tricky modifications that I’d been thinking about for several years but wasn’t sure whether they’d be possible. Not only was he able to do them perfectly, he set the guitar up beautifully so that it’s a joy to play. Communication throughout the whole process was extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommended!
