I can’t recommend the Hackery enough. My laptop suddenly died and wouldn’t turn on so I took it here. The guys here are legit with some big street credit and even look the part. You can tell just looking at them that they’re going to get the job done! I got a call a few hours after dropping my laptop off to say that my hard-drive had failed and they’d do their best to get my data back but no guarantees. They did promise that I wouldn’t be charged if they couldn’t get it back. Unfortunately, they said due to a backlog it was going to be over two weeks to get the work done. I ended up getting a call within four days saying that not only were they just about done but they got all my data back! They gave me the quote again, went over everything, and then completed the work and I was able to pick it up within 24 hours. They’ve 100% got my business from now on.

These guys know how to treat their customers! They always helped me with my laptop the best way possible, even gave me some tips and tricks to direct me properly with next steps. What surprised me was that the tech remembered my name without seeing me for two years (I didn’t show him any email of placing the service order, just said “I am here to pick up my laptop”, yes it was him troubleshooting my device, but he has not seen me for 2years!). That tells me, you are not just regular IT guys, you do know what is the highest level of customer service. Good luck with the business and I’ll be back in the future for sure!

These guys were able to take everything off my hands and properly refurbish, recycle, or otherwise get rid of all the old computer parts efficiently and without any hassle, even for parts made before I was born.

Much better than sending all this stuff to the landfill. To know that some of these parts got a second life or were at least recycled properly is good for peace of mind.
