I came in for a screen repair and to sell a phone too. The team at Ilab are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very impressed by this shop! I was on holiday when my iPad stopped charging, took it in and they sorted me out very quickly and efficiently. They spent time explaining my options and charged a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, you will be treated with respect and they won’t rip you off!
Fantastic service. Took my iPhone 11 in with a problem making and receiving calls which a team member managed to fix quickly while we waited, and then wouldn’t take any payment. We’ve used iLab a few times now and are always very impressed. We’d highly recommend them.
