My iPhone screen broke when it was dropped and the screen had lots of colours & a black panel that made it hard to see/use. Booked in online for the following morning with The iPhone Guy in Ballarat.

He repaired the phone and even replaced the battery at a discounted price. It was repaired very quickly and I went back to collect it. Had a chat about iPhone issues and best ways to look after it long term & he was happy to answer my questions.

My phone is running as if it was brand new. I can’t recommend The iPhone Guy highly enough and will return if I have any future issues.

Wow. Can’t believe the service I received. They had to order in the screen and I was expecting to have about a week to wait. 2 days after dropping the phone off I had a call to say it was ready. This not only happened once, but last time exactly the same timeframe. By the way, I have an android phone not an iPhone, so I feel you could take anything in there. Thanks for your wonderful, prompt service and cannot fault the friendly staff member on the desk. You are a delight to talk to.
