I had a bluescreen of death issue. Tim was very thorough to rule out all the possibilities and sorted the issue. It took a few days as the process can be complex. When he thought he had found the issue and solved it, Tim wanted to make extra sure but had to leave early that day, so he took my lap top home with him for observation to make sure it did not suddenly blue screen again. Only then was he confident to say he had solved the issue.

The Laptop Hut in Hove is tucked away and inauspicious–no flashing lights or promotional signage. From the first call which can feel like ringing the vet when you fear your sick pet may be put down, there is a level of client care that suggests you are their most valued customer. How that is achieved is a tribute to Tim and John as it is seamless and offered generously. I so appreciate not only what they do but how they do it.

Such wonderful service, ten outta ten! My laptop stopped working just before I was about to start university and they fixed it quickly and smoothly, it’s now running perfectly.
Customer service is wonderful and the process is so fuss free, I’m so happy and grateful and would recommend them to everyone.
