Bought a galaxy note for my son for Christmas and the phone has been nothing but a problem. These guys refused to accept a return when it was only bought a week ago. Shocking customer service. They are only interested in taking your money. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

You said the phone would be fine for apps and games but you can’t even download Facebook and all game apps that was tried was not compatible because the operating system is so old that it’s not supported anymore! YOU LIED TO SELL THE PHONE!

SCAMMERS – AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

we bought as advertised a “brand new phone” when it came it was in French and had the previous owners google account still on it!! Emailed them and they apologised and said they sent wrong phone and to return for refund.

Paid to send back, they resend the same phone, still.in French but had wiped data from it. Came in the box i opened on 1st phone recieved.
Absolute scammers, not selling new phones!!!!

Had my son’s iPad repaired here today, Ahmed was very welcoming & the repair was carried out same day at an unbeatable price. We double checked everything & all was working again. He even took the time to explain & show me what had gone wrong with a previous repair from another shop. Will highly recommend, to anyone needing a trustworthy repair.
