I am so thrilled I found THE MACPROS!! Cindy was super amazing, my kids had ruined my new Macbook, i needed a quick replacement and had very little to spend. Cindy at THE MACPROS, was able to accommodate my laptop work needs, budget and was extremely fast, friendly and responsive. I immediately picked it up, not only is this shop so beautiful , but Cindy is too! I am a longtime new client now! So impressed with my MacPro! A very professional outfit. Fast efficient service with excellent communications. I was having serious issues with my MacBook Pro and was dreading being without my machine for an extended period. I’m from out of town and The Macpros were recommended to me by a friend and exceeded my expectations. One of my best Mac service experiences in 30+ years of owning Macs.
Came in a few months ago for what I thought was a battery issue, turns out it was more than that. Jay really took the time to explain everything and apologized for the delay. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, would recommend anyone who owns a mac, old or new to go and give these guys a visit. Thanks again!
