I recently had my son’s iPad Air repaired here after it stopped charging. Puntha quickly diagnosed the problem (water damage in the charging port) and I was surprised by how fast the repair was. Throughout the entire process, he was courteous, straightforward, and transparent about the cost and issue. After comparing prices at other repair shops, I found his rates to be very fair. In addition, when I got the iPad back, it was cleaned and in a better condition. My son was happy (yay-er!).
