Left my sons phone at the shop with the assurance that no fix would be made but contact before to tell me how much it would cost to repair . I received a phone call and due to the cost said to not repair it and that my son would collect . My son upon collection was told it had already been fixed. This was not the agreement.I rang the shop to discuss but they did not answer. My son did not have the funds to pay but had to pay. As a result I would not recommend this shop and I will not be using it again. Very disappointed.
I bought a tablet from there then when I went home it wasn’t working so I went back to the store and told that it wasn’t working but the guy didn’t wanna give my money even after admitting that it was his fault and then I got angry and the guy just gripped me and started screaming at me then I was gonna do something but somebody stopped us and he finally then decided to give my money back after half an hour. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I bought a phone from there thought it was gonna be good i went home and wiped the top of the screen and I didn’t know there was something roung with it till I got home after a couple of days it this thing kept popping up on screen in the middle so I took it in and he said I dropped it when I bought it like that they should check there phones befor selling them
