My experience was fantastic. I had previously purchased a 2 phones through a former employee who gave me fantastic service. He gave me tech support after and we ended up becoming freinds and still talk 6 years later. When he left he recommended me to go to my local mobile shop, and I started working with Leon at the Mobile Shop at the Zehrs on Yonge st. in Barrie, ON. Leon has been exactly the same and has had fantastic customer service. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his feild and is a model Mobilist. He made my phone buying experience easy. I messaged him on a saturday night explaining my situation. He helped me chose the right phone and plan and by monday at 8:20.
I had a new phone in hand. I went in at the end of the day, and leon had finished his shift. When I went in Nicole knew about my situation, and quickly ran me through the process of a new plan an phone. An absolutely fantastic experience.

I had called and asked about a phone I was looking for. It was the 13 pro max with Fido, I asked some questions regarding plans, deals and promotions on the account. I then asked if they have the phone in stock in the store. The guy on the phone said no and told me that another mobile shop has it up north Barrie. I told him that I’ll look elsewhere and see if someone else has that phone and if not, I’ll come back to this store. The guy on the phone started to give me attitude, saying stuff like: “not cool bro, why ask all this when you’re not gonna get the phone with me.”, he sounded mad and upset. I ended up giving the sale to the store up north but was very disappointed on how I was treated over the phone because I had some questions.

I was At the Mobile Shop located at Big Bay Point, Barrie Ont.
On Wed June 14th 2023.
And A Employee At the Mobile Shop, name “Rishi” help me purchase a New Phone, Plan, Ect.
This Man was Amazing!
Very Knowledgable and Very Helpful,..he assist me in my purchase with great Patience and Knowledge!!. I am extremely impressed with his service.
I have shopped in different Mobile Shop Locations and this Employee name “Rishi ” is by Far the BEST!
He is Clearly by Far Management Material!!!! 100%
I Shall recommend His service to many Friends and Family members.
