Unacceptable Service – Wasted Hours

I arrived at the mobile shop at 5:50 pm to upgrade my phone plan. Despite joining the virtual line promptly, the lack of communication from the employee led me to wait until 8:30 pm. Even after the shop closed, I was ignored, only to be told at the last minute that they wouldn’t assist me.

What’s particularly disheartening is that a customer with two sons arrived after me, seemed clueless about the virtual line, scanned QR code later. After a brief discussion with the employee. They left for a while, returned, and shockingly, received service even before a lady who was ahead of them in the line. The suspicious circumstances around their preferential treatment further tainted my experience. This disregard for time and fairness is unacceptable. My three-hour wait was completely wasted, and I strongly advise against choosing this shop for any services.

They are so amazing!!! Manager Zishan and his colleagues are so attentive and they will assist you until the very end!! 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000/5 stars for sureeee!!!!!! They are super kind and also give very good life advice haha!! They can even contact customer service for you when things get too complicated!! Totally would recommend coming here and meet these amazing people!! :)))

Zishan and the team at the Mobile Shop in Oakville are amazing. Despite a busy Black Friday weekend, Zishan took the time to make sure I had the best plan, phone and pricing possible. This was the best customer service I have experienced buying a phone. Thank you for taking the time to do things right.
