I popped into the mobile shop at my local Zehrs. I was short on rime and needed more details so I returned a few hours later. A sales associate by the name of Kayla assisted me.

After getting my details she found the phone I wanted and proceeded to set everything up for me. Kayla was very thorough and explained everything step by step. After a brief discussion with my partner, she also set him up with a new phone which wasn’t our original plan but has now made him much happier (he hated the phone was was using) and I have everything all on one bill which makes me very happy. We both love our new phones. Kayla made the experience a breeze. I found her very personable and easy to deal with and would send anyone to see her.

I bought a phone from two lovely gentlemen a month ago, Liam was very helpful, made sure I understood what I was getting, he made sure he got me the best deal, and is saving me money each month. Andre was also helpful, I had some questions the next day about features on the phone and he assisted me and didn’t make me feel stupid whatsoever. I highly recommend this location and the two men there.

After upgrading to a new phone the UNEXPERIENCED person helping transfer from phone to phone updated the operating system and I was charged for the large update file on the phone for data usage !
