I been picking up cell phones since they been put out..my wife’s cellphone decided to up and die so for time being she got the only only left in the store to buy and go.. well that’s a Samsung galaxy a03, but here’s the killer the lady that sold the phone to my wife who was serving another lady a very expensive phone than gave her case and plugs and so on.. but not even a cord to charge or a case to protect the flimsy one not even that..now this phone takes forever, to load emails from anyone or texts or even answer a call..so i decided to stop by and ask if that’s normal 5 mins waiting for this phone..the answer surprised me. .it do if your on a prepaid..im paying 70 plus each month but I have never come across this problem with answering phone or emails texts.but it is 3 weeks later and not one response from store or Samsung cause I forwarded this text also..I didn’t think this Samsung galaxy a03 would have been on the shelf alone sold for how slow it is..but not one thing I can say nice about this one other than i even popped the Sim card and put it in a older cell phones and it was regular speed to open emails texts and calls..im amazed…would get less than gave quater of a star if available ..nice way to keep customers who like the pay there bills there way…

If i could give no stars or nagafives i would. Your store staff are so uninformed on some matters it scares me. I asked about Public Mobile and i was told that it was no more. Please get your facts straight before you give out unimformed information. -1’00’000!

Krista is awesome to deal with. She makes visiting this store pleasant and is always very helpful. Can always answer every question and if she can’t she will figure it out.
