Absolutely the best experience getting a phone plan. I had stopped in a few months ago and was so not impressed. But was down to the wire to replace my plan, so took another chance. Thank goodness Monalisa was working that day…right from the “have a seat, let’s talk” to her following up with me the next week, she was top notch customer service.
In Grande Prairie this is the only store who always provides best Coustmer service and best plans with all the carriers. I will recommend everyone to go there to buy phone. I am paying 87$ with i phone 14 and 75 gb data. Which is amazing price. I also get 150$ pc point with phone and 5 months devices protection plan prepaid
Went to store with my friend at around 5:40pm today. I waited for 10 minutes. There was a short height slim guy was on his phone. He made us feel like we are invisible and unnoticeable and yes he was on his personal phone. Kinda awkward and disrespectful.
