I haven’t even used his services properly but I’m happy give Ali five stars. I had water damage to my desktop. Peripherals were not getting any power but the CPU fan was on. Ali could have run the diagnostics and charged me but he advised me to wait one more day and put the desktop in direct sunlight. I had actually waited for a few days before bringing the machine to him but didn’t put it in direct sunlight. Hey presto! One day out in the sun and everything is working again.

Ali was an absolute star. He worked diligently and effectively on my PC for over 6 hours, fixing corrupted files and copying over 1TB total data across multiple SSD’s and hard drives. He generously and professionally explains what he is doing in great detail, making sure you understand everything that is happening.
