5 Star +++ A very friendly, helpful and patient gentleman! As an OAP new to the area and not very computer literate, I was totally lost when my old laptop wouldn’t connect to the Internet. Terry called by promptly, thoroughly checked all avenues and advised on which new laptop to purchase (my old laptop was 12 years old and still running on Windows 7!!) Very happy to report that I’m up and running again and could never have done it without his advice and help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
After a short phone call about the problem I was having with my laptop. I dropped it by in the morning. Due to current work it wouldn’t be start on till 2pm. Another phone call at around 4ish. problem was all sorted. Re-soldered what was broken and must have tested for awhile as came back with a full charge. Very nice people, easy to deal with and not ridiculously expensive. Will revisit again!
Fantastic service and fast turnaround for a great price. Terry changed the battery in my 8 year old iPad Pro and fixed the loose charging port. Very pleased with the results.
