I had an amazing experience with the PC Surgeon, I recently had a problem with my broken MacBook which I had important data that needed to be recovered. They not only recovered my data but also fixed the laptop and updated it to the latest version. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was fixed and working properly. I highly recommend the PC Surgeon.
I’m having issues with my gaming laptop and PC Surgeon gave me the best advice. Fantastic service – Rakesh is very professional, helpful and knowledgable. Clear and simple explanation, without unnecessary jargon. They have a ‘no fix no charge’ rule in place, which is rare these days. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. My new favourite place, thanks a lot!
He was extremely Courteous,Respectful and Skilled in explaining problems in simple terms ;good at repairing my laptop which was broken at the hinges and had the screen tearing off for a Good Price.He also cleaned it out and added thermal paste,and did a great job of repairing it to it’s original state!Will always be a customer!!!
