The phone shop is a joke I bought a phone and it was faulty I went back 30 minute later and asked for a swap or refund he said no to both so I refused to leave but he refused to do anything so I’m stuck with a foulty phone
Sorted my lap top out. Replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows within 2 days . Very happy with the result as it is useable again. In fact it is faster than before.
