So refreshing to find an honest business that gives honest advice even if it means he will not make money. I called the shop asking him to sell me a a USB stick to back up from my iPhone or to back up my phone for payment. He advised me that this would not solve the problem because if the size of my backup on iCloud is much larger, it will always stress my phone trying to download from there to my phone. He went on to give me free advice gave me advice on how to remedy the situation. Much appreciated. I will always be happy to support small independent businesses like this especially public spirited, conscientious ones like this one.
