Going to have to change my review from being top notch to now not great at all after having two screens fitted new to my Samsung paying good money in doing so,the screen then cracked soon as I put my case on and they said they can’t send it back so therfore can’t replace it due to it being received as a thicker bezel screen so therfore when you put your case on the screen will crack eventually if not straight away very dissapinting after I give them such a positive review first time round when they repaired a few other devices of mine I will no longer be going to this store and I moat definitely will not be recommending the company to anyone els as I would not want them to go through what I’ve had to go threw I’ve paid lots of money to this company and now the quality over quantity has suddenly taken over I will no longer be visiting your store sorry guys but moneys hard to come by at this date and time so have to find elsewhere sorry………

The worst experience of my life! I asked to change my cell phone battery. When I got home I realized that the back panel of the phone had not been closed properly and the panel had been placed incorrectly. Furthermore, the phone no longer worked as the display continuously went dark. I returned to the store to report everything and was verbally attacked by the manager who accused me, saying that I removed the back panel of the phone and reassembled it in the wrong way. Then he told me that he checked the store’s camera and saw that the phone had been assembled correctly. I was shocked because I hadn’t tampered with my phone so I asked to see the camera video but the manager refused! In conclusion I paid 25 euros for a battery change and I got a completely broken phone that no longer works.

I’ve been using the phone doctor (Imran and his team) on a regular basis when I first went to see them in Oldham about 7 or 8?years ago. Every time I have a technical issue with any phones or pc’s or laptops in my family. He is the first person I go to for help and advice. Repairs he has made have never failed and the advice he has given has always been honest and accurate. Prices paid have always been reasonable and consistently less than open market rates. Would I recommend? ….yes of course. 100% satisfaction. He and his staff are so approachable. Thank you for all your efforts. Well done!
